Greg Durrett

Greg has more than 30 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing and production operations. Since 1994, he has owned and operated five food manufacturing facilities and now leads Synergy Global Foods and Synergy Food Group. Greg oversees company strategy, financial performance, and operational growth. His background includes plant design, production optimization, and supply chain management. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led Synergy Food Group’s expansion into medically tailored meal production, increasing company revenue by approximately 600% in the first year. Greg focuses on building scalable food production systems capable of supporting healthcare organizations and large institutional nutrition programs.

Mike Toolan brings more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing sales organizations and driving revenue growth across strategic and major accounts. He has a strong track record of aligning business strategy with innovative solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for enterprise clients. Throughout his career, Mike has built and maintained trusted relationships with C-level executives at leading organizations, serving as a strategic advisor on complex business initiatives. His consultative approach and deep domain expertise enable clients to navigate challenges and implement solutions that support long-term success. At Synergy Global Foods, Mike leads revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, and strategic partnerships. He has extensive experience building B2B sales organizations from the ground up, consistently exceeding revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional development.

Network Operations Director

Olivia Janelle Koebler

Olivia leads the development and operational management of Synergy Food Group’s multi-state production network supporting medically tailored meal programs. She oversees partner onboarding, vendor management, research and development coordination, and standardized operating procedures that allow the company to scale production while maintaining consistent quality and regulatory compliance. Olivia has more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing, including confections, nutrition bars, canned foods, beverages, and frozen meals. Her work focuses on aligning production partners with food safety standards, healthcare program requirements, and quality assurance practices while strengthening operational efficiency across the company’s growing network.

Information Technology

Jim Durrett

Jim leads information technology and data systems for Synergy Food Group. He has more than 40 years of experience managing enterprise technology systems, including over two decades with U.S. Customs and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Jim oversees the company’s data infrastructure, operational reporting systems, and IT security, ensuring reliable technology support across Synergy’s production and logistics network.

Rachel Buehler, MPH, RD

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian and public health nutrition specialist with more than a decade of experience in clinical nutrition and federally funded nutrition programs. She specializes in medical nutrition therapy, chronic disease management, and large-scale menu planning. Rachel has extensive experience working with federal nutrition standards, including the USDA Child Nutrition Program and Older Americans Act guidelines. At Synergy Food Group, she leads menu development and nutritional analysis to ensure the company’s medically tailored meals support individuals managing chronic health conditions while meeting healthcare and government program requirements.

With nearly four decades in foodservice leadership, Greg Grisanti brings deep expertise in culinary innovation, product development, and operational excellence. He has directed menu strategy for national chains such as Long John Silver’s and Panera Bread, earned the prestigious Certified Research Chef designation, and contributed to global R&D across equipment, flavor technology, and meat processing. Greg is a Johnson & Wales honors graduate and a long‑time Louisville resident
